Leadership

Jacob Wildschiødtz

Creative Director & Founder

Jacob co-founded NR2154 in Copenhagen with Troels Faber and opened the New York studio in 2008. With a passion for visual storytelling and a long history in branding, editorial design, and art direction, he leads and inspires teams to craft beautiful and impactful brands that connect with culture. A global, hyper-connected way of working inspires Jacob to continue building a new model of studio and our network of collaborators, and to push creative boundaries with NR’s forward thinking and ambitious brand partners.

Matthew Andrews

Executive Director

Matthew helps clients unearth opportunities and discover ideas for how their business can evolve in response to emerging cultural and technological shifts. He defines NR’s New York and Paris teams and strategic process to work collaboratively in building brand platforms, products, and communications that are rooted in purpose and creativity. He is driven by, and motivates the team to ask: “what if...?”.

Meryem Kettani

Studio & Account Director

Meryem leads overall business operations and account management at NR in New York and Paris, working closely with the team to ensure efficiency, transparency, and collaboration internally and across all our client partnerships. A trilingual, multicultural champion, Meryem brings over a decade of operations and production experience across global creative campaigns, branding, non-profit, digital, and governmental projects.

Elina Asanti

Design Director

Elina has led NR’s design teams in New York and Paris on all projects since 2009. With her team, she combines a holistic approach to design with detail-oriented craftsmanship, creating elegant and thoughtful solutions that express brands across a wide range of mediums.

Felix de Voss

Design Director, Industrial Design

Felix brings a deep expertise of the 3D form and industrial design process to NR. With his teams in New York and Paris, he aims to create work that integrates seamlessly into brand storytelling and elevates the customer experience across fragrance, cosmetics, haircare, spirits, products, furniture, retail environments, and more.
